YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT, CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION RELATED TO ANY DISPUTE WITH JONESROADN. This waiver applies regardless of whether the Dispute is resolved through negotiation or arbitration.
