Terms of Purchase for Jonesroadn

These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern all orders placed through the Jonesroadn website (the “Site”) for the purchase of clean beauty products (including but not limited to our Uber-black mascara, peppermint lip gloss, and other Clean no-makeup makeup items, collectively the “Products”). By placing an order on the Site, you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Order Placement and Confirmation

  • When you submit an order via the Site, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected Products. Jonesroadn reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or incomplete/incorrect order information.
  • Upon successful acceptance of your order, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout. This email will include critical details such as your order number, Product list, total amount paid (in USD), and shipping information. The order confirmation email serves as official documentation of your purchase—please retain it for future reference.

2. Pricing and Currency

  • All Product prices displayed on the Site are quoted in United States Dollars (USD). Prices include applicable taxes (where required by local law) but exclude no additional fees beyond the stated amount, as shipping is complimentary (see Section 3 for details).
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, the price charged for your order will be the price displayed on the Site at the time you complete your purchase and receive order confirmation.
  • Jonesroadn is not responsible for pricing errors (e.g., typographical mistakes, system glitches) that may occur on the Site. If a pricing error is identified after order confirmation, we will notify you promptly and offer the option to cancel the order for a full refund or adjust the price (with your consent).

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Order Processing Time: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Business days exclude weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and major holidays (e.g., Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, New Year’s Day). Processing times may be extended by 1–2 business days during peak periods (e.g., sales events, holiday seasons), and we will notify you via email if your order is affected by such delays.
  • Delivery Timeframe: Following shipment, delivery of your order typically takes 6–12 business days. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary slightly due to factors beyond our control, including local postal service delays, customs processing (for international orders), or unforeseen logistics disruptions (e.g., weather events). Jonesroadn is not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party carriers or external circumstances.
  • Global Free Shipping: Jonesroadn offers complimentary shipping on all orders worldwide, with no minimum purchase requirement. No additional shipping fees will be added to your order total, regardless of your delivery location.
  • Shipping Updates: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number (where available) and a link to monitor your package’s delivery status. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update in the carrier’s system after shipment.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 Return Eligibility

  • Jonesroadn offers a 60-day return policy for unused, unopened, and undamaged Products. To qualify for a return:
  • The Product must be in its original packaging (including all tags, seals, and accessories, if applicable).
  • The return request must be initiated within 60 days of the date you receive your order.
  • Returns of used, opened, or damaged Products (unless damage occurred during shipping) will not be accepted. Custom or personalized Products (if offered) are non-returnable.

4.2 Initiating a Return

  • Your order number (found in the order confirmation email).
  • The name(s) of the Product(s) you wish to return.
  • A brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  • Our team will respond within 24–48 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the Product(s) back to us. The RA number must be included on the outside of the return package—packages without an RA number may be delayed or rejected.
  • You are responsible for securely packaging the return item(s) and covering the cost of return shipping (unless the return is due to a Jonesroadn error, such as shipping the wrong Product or a damaged Product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Jonesroadn is not liable for lost or misplaced return shipments.

4.3 Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned Product(s) (and confirm they meet the return eligibility criteria), we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (e.g., credit card, debit card, PayPal). The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary by payment provider—typically 1–3 business days for credit cards and up to 7 business days for digital wallets like PayPal.
  • Shipping costs (which are already complimentary for all orders) are non-refundable, and Jonesroadn will not reimburse return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.

5. Order Cancellations

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jonesroadn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from or related to your purchase, use, or inability to use the Products, or from delivery delays.
  • Jonesroadn’s total liability to you for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the Products in that order.

  • Jonesroadn reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Revised” date. Your continued use of the Site or placement of orders after the revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
